Cafe Collaboration with

Collaboration cafe "Sel du juin" is an initiative led by Liaison’s representative director and food consultant, Miyako Iwata, who has been dedicated to enriching society through food for many years.

Food x Art

Food x Education

Through food, people communicate and make their hearts open up to others.

We believe that "food is art" and similarly that “Art, like food,

nourishes our lives."Collaboration cafes are held in various locations and are open for anyone to casually join.

The aim is to create a space where people can engage with art and the source of creative thinking through food.

That is the essence of a collaboration cafe.

|| Sel du juin

”Sel du juin“ is the original cafe by Iwata Miyako organized Shokusaigetsu Food Plazz.

”Sel du juin“ is a French term meaning ”June salt.“

It originated from the memory of the prism light on the silky beach in June,

the light looked like the natural salt.

This name is also related to Iwata‘s long-held concern of ”sauce,“

which connects to the ingredients.

The origin of the French word ”sauce“ can be traced back to the Latin word ”SAL,“ meaning ”salt supply.“

Sel du juin focuses on providing delicious dishes that are gentle on the body,

using organic, pesticide-free, and additive-free ingredients,

along with carefully selected seasonings.
